Tecno plus vakuum provides electronic closed-loop control from vacuum to positive pressure in A20 and A70 variants. Port 3 connects to an external vacuum source and port 1 to compressed air. It provides analog setpoints, pressure feedback and a pressure-reached output. The minimum controllable pressure depends on the vacuum supply and pressure differential.

Conditions and selection notes

All pressures are gauge pressures. With a vacuum supply of p3 = -1 bar, the minimum controllable output is -0.9 bar. The lower control limit must satisfy p2min ≥ p3 + 0.1 bar and depends on the vacuum supply and minimum pressure differential.
Port 3 serves both exhaust and vacuum connection. Mechanical vacuum pumps may require a bypass exhaust valve; confirm the arrangement for your system.
Repeatability, hysteresis and linearity are relative to the maximum output pressure p2max of the selected variant. Linearity is specified at +20 °C.
Pressure reached is a digital switching output indicating that pressure is within the setpoint tolerance. Analog pressure feedback is 0-10 V. M12 pins: 1=24 V, 2=setpoint, 3=GND, 4=analog feedback, 5=digital status.
* IP65 requires a connected plug and correctly connected main exhaust / vacuum port 3 and pilot exhaust port 13.
